As far as the latest manga chapters and anime episodes, Kakashi haven't shown his face to the audience!.
There is one episode in the anime where he took off his mask to eat in the ramen store!. The camera wasn't focused on his face so we didn't get to see it, and he finished eating ramen thereafter!. (It's the episode where Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura tries to see what Kakashi looks like without the mask)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It time probably,but as of right now no!. Although sometimes fan's will edit his face to make it look as if he doesn't have a mask on but that is just fan art!. A lot of people just create of what Kakashi would look like without his mask off,but so far he has never really revaled what he truly looks like!. The only time thay has really come close would be an Naruto episode 101,where Naruto,Sakura,and Sasuke try and go after Kakashi and try to see what is under his mask,they follow him around tring to see what it looks like,and even try and getting it off,and they fail although at the end of the episode Naruto,just ask and Kakashi just revelas whats under his mask is only another mask!. Most of the time if Kakashi doesn't have is mask on it is usally cover up with something,like a towl,blanket or hidden behind his book!. So,far though it hasn't been revealsed in the anime or the manga of what he really looks like!. Although it is said he doesn't want to show is face because he looks close to his father!. Although its possible in time he will for whatever reason

And in the anime, go to narutomagic!.com and see Naruto Episode 101!. It's basically a fluke episode where Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto all try to see under Kakashi's mask!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
