umm those are just vietnamese farming hats with a little decoration tied on!. I got mine for $5 when an international festival came through!. don't waste your money buying a specialty one!. just add on the little bells and draw the stickers yourself!. otherwise it'll cost about 20$ or more!. best save those $15 to buy a wall scroll!. =]Www@Enter-QA@Com
