What is the name of a web comic?!

I heard some people talking about it, I thought they said it was called "There if you need me" but when I googled that it came up with nothing!. One reference they mentioned was when the main character was trying to get his parents to die so he could become batman or something like that, it sounded funny!. They also mentioned that the other characters never had plots to themselves unless they also include the main character!. Does anybody know what comic this is!?
