Currently right now the Naruto Shippuden episodes are fillers which started in episode 56 all the episode from 56 up till now (episode 72) all have been fillers,and since they are fillers they are not shown in the manga,but only in the anime,so there really wouldn't be a chapter for it!. However the closet chapter from where the anime had original left off before the fillers started would be chapter 313!.

there are NO chapters OR manga volumes for naruto 71!. Sorry, but theyare fillers!. Though @ the end of naruto shipp!. 71, with the 2 tails being chased by the akatsuki, its chapter 313 page 2!. click on the link in my source to read it!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
it is 313 i checked myself it is were the naruto episode ended with the two tailed beast running in the tunnel i go to onemanga!.com
