A tough choice for me, I so want to say The Jackal from Spiderman because he started the whole Clone Saga which was legendary!.
However, I think I am going to go with Clay face from Batman, though I normally am not a huge DC fan, Clay Face was so original and creative!. One of the best guys in history!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
