Question: Is L Change The WorLd set before or after the Death Note Movies!?
Okay, first of all, I was really reluctant to watch the movie, because it looked terrible!. L Change The WorLd!? Really!? Come on!.
But anyway, the main question is: before or after Death Note!? I'm only a few moments in, but they've mentioned Raye, which makes me think before, despite the fact my friend told me it was set after!.
also, will I need to have read the novel that was made to understand it!? I know most of the spoilers (why I haven't read it!.), but not much of the plot or characters (I heard B!.B, too, which is why I'm asking!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com

after the live action movie death note!. the movies are so different from the death note anime and manga so don`t even try to place them using those!.
I thought the first death note movie was horrible!. i mean if you`re going to try to appeal to more people and make more death note fans, why not make the movie as true to the manga/anime as possible!.
and then the possibility of an english remake!? *shivers* and u thought l change the world was going to be horrible!.!.!.
Light is not in this movie and L is about to die so he`s taking one last case!. director wanted to show a more human side to L other then just being a detective!. more of his past then was shown in the first live action movie!.
and which novel are we talking about!? the how to read 13 one!? because i don`t think you`d have to read it to understand the movie!. it wasn`t available to everyone outside japan so i think that`s another reason he`s making this!. to show others l`s past who haven`t read the novel thru!.
