In a manga scanlation group, what's the difference between [see inside]?!

Question: In a manga scanlation group, what's the difference between [see inside]!?
an Editor;
a Quality Checker;
and a Cleaner!?

Aren't they roughly the same jobs!? Doesn't the editor clean the raws, before handing it to a typesetter to type in the translations!?
What exactly do QC'ers and Cleaners do, do they always exist in a scanlation group!?

Answers:
Japanese scanalations all have different translations!. If you look at perhaps Ouran Host Club by one group and another group, they both say roughly the same thing, but are still different!. The translator in a group will translate everything, the editor will change it so it makes sense, the quality checker is probably like a spell checker, or checks the quality of a comic, and the cleaner is probably the final draft checker who fixes up any loose ends!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I believe and Editor makes sure things are spelled correctly and in good grammar!. a cleaner I think cleans up the scans and makes them pretty looking and a quality checker could be to make sure that everything looks correct, is placed correctly, like text in bubbles, sound fxs, make sure there aren't black blotches over tones!.!.!. etc!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think QCs check up on how well it's translated, a Cleaner clean the raws, and the editor does all the translating!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
