No, they never "re-merge" so to speak!.
Is you watch the episodes after Naraku's new body (and new powers) you see that when Naraku killed Kikyo she didn't actually die!.
But beyond that acording to the manga, Kikyo and Kagome never go back together!.
Kagome may be Kikyo's reincarnation, but the two of them are both two very differant people!. Though Kagome still has part of Kikyo's soul, the part that Kikyo has, moves on!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
