Question: Does One Piece have the most fans in the world!? If it does how come I barely see any questions about OP!?

A "top selling manga" in Japan might have as many as five million readers, which is impressive but doesn't set any records for a world wide audience, and almost any anime would have a larger audience!. Like America, more people watch cartoons in Japan than read mangas!. Chances are the anime-like series with the "most fans in the world" would be a made-for-Chinese-television animated series, which is also telecast in other countries as well (but not automatically in America, which really doesn't have a comparably large anime audience!. Chinese anime-styled programs have a tremendous advantage in terms of audience because China has such a vast population and no prejudices against anime-styled programs!. No Japanese anime that isn't also shown in China would have a hope of having nearly as large an audience as whatever the most popular native Chinese anime-styled program might be!.
Frankly, I doubt "One Piece" is nearly as popular as you seem to think it is, especially in America!. I think the paucity of questions about "One Piece" in this venue indicate that it really doesn't have much of a following among Ameican anime fans!. I know I can't stand to watch it, and I assume I'm not the only one who doesn't like it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

When One Piece started airing on Cartoon Network, I saw 2 episodes and refused to watch any more!.
I would scoff when people would tell me it's a good show!.
I finally agreed to watch it one day when a friend of mine (whose opinion I respected) told me it was his favorite anime!. So I saw it in the original Japanese and I now have the manga, have the new funimation dvds, figures, cosplay items, etc!.
It's on my list of top ten anime!.
As for the reason there are few questions is because well One Piece isn't that popular outside of Japan as some other anime such as Naruto or Bleach!.

well i can't really speack for the entire world, but i know in america (and alot of places) Naruto is one of the most popular series out at this time!. then Death Note is really popular!.!.!.then there's yaoi!.!.!.then one peice falls somewhere after that!. lol jk!.!.but naruto is definately more popular than one peiceWww@Enter-QA@Com
