Wolverine first appeared in Hulk #181 where he battles the Hulk!. Then, he appeared in Giant-Size X-Men #1!. But in these comics, he starts out as a mysterious character and remains as such throughout his publication history!.
It was not until Origin, a six-issue limited series, was released that laid bare the origin of the mysterious Wolverine!. It details the childhood and beginning of Wolverine, a!.k!.a!. James Howlett who at one point goes under the name of Logan!. So that is basically the origin!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
