But seriously (sort of) oftentimes there are representations or hints towards a supreme being in any of these universes, and for all intents and purposes, a supreme being is supreme being of all these realities, since he created the multiverse as well as the universe!. Call it God, if you want to, if that doesn't offend you or whatever!. Not A god, but THE God, to misquote Bill Murray!.
Really, it's a silly question!. It doesn't matter, there's no way to prove most of the hypothetical matches between characters, and it often just comes down to what characters fans are whining the most that they would win!.
And who is the most powerful CHARACTER or most powerful superhero!? because those are two different questions!.
But answers like Superman, Hulk, Goku, and *snort* One Piece characters, etc!., are rather silly when you look into characters like Dream of the Endless, the Saint of Killers, JLU Amazo, Adam Warlock with the Infinity Gauntlet, etc!.
edit: Kudos for mentioning more empowerments, Gravity, but really any of those things is useless up against just the Infinity Gauntlet!. Who needs protection from status ailments when you control the universal concepts of Time, Space, Mind, Soul, Power and Reality!?
