These episodes are gag episodes!. You can watch them anytime you want, they are short and funny and silly and have little to do with the anime itself!. They are just for fun!. Part of the episodes take scenes from the anime and make them silly, and part are just randomness
The movie is Shakugan No Shana: The Movie!. It is a retelling of the first season, so watch it after your done with Season 1!.

The ones you've named are just funny additions, and the movie retells the first season and has a different ending, so its like watching a movie with an alternate ending!.
