Question: Is the upcoming Dragon ball movie related to the actual series!?
I heard it's supposed to have the same characters and after looking at wikipedia, it seems to during the time when Piccolo was evil and fought Goku!. However, they say something about Piccolo being sealed for 2,000 years or something and that he used to be a good guy but got angry!. As far as I'm concered, that's not the situation in the anime(TV series) or maybe I just can't remember!. But, I'm pretty sure he used to be a part of King Kami!. Anyways, just wondering, how the movie is supposed to play out!? and could be possible sequels if it is related to the anime!? i mean, they could later mention the saiyans, frieza, cell, buu, bebi, omega shenron, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

no, not anything related whatsoever!. the dragonball manga has ended completely and this isn't cannon whatsoever!. but luckily, there will be a new online dragonball game called dragonball online!. it will take place 216 years after the events of dbz, but we do not know whether or not they will release it in the united states or not, but they are taking great interest in it and thinking about releasing it worldwide, so cross your fingers!. here is a links

I Don't think it's related to the series because the manga ended and the manga didn't mention any of this, also a majority of anime movies are fillers not related to the series at all!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
