Got a naruto question?!

Question: Got a naruto question!?
can somebody explain what that spiral thing is on naruto's arm sleeve of his jacket!. does it have any use or is it just part of his jacket!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
That spiral on Naruto's jacket is something that portrays his surname, "Uzumaki", which means "spiral" or "whirlpool"!. Manga-Ka and creator Masashi Kishimoto noted during an interview with American Shonen Jump that he drew it as a "spur of the moment" and "doesn't have much meaning"!. It could have something to do with Naruto's name which means "steamed paste-cake" or "Maelstrom"(large whirlpool)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It stands for the spiral patterns you see on ricecakes(!?) It's a reference to Naruto's love for ramen (ricecake is there!.) and as mentioned, the etymology of Naruto's name!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
