Marchen Awakens Romance: very magical, full of action, but i don't think there is a romance, it is really good,

Pretty cure is ok

Happiness is also great it's about magic and there is romance too

Zero no Tsukaima has 3 seasons and it's about magic and there is some romance

Bleach is also good
