::: At first yes, his true intention was pure!. However I lose my 'faith' in him after he killed Lind L Tailor because the real L insulted him and then he decided to becomes a GOD in the new world!. That's just a childish and no one can becomes God without sacrificing something in the process :::
2!. Who do you think is true justice and why!?
::: L Lawliet!. At least he followed the procedure in capturing criminal (and Kira) unlike Mello who willing to do anything to captured Kira and Near who felt indifferently when he told Gevianni might die if there's Shinigami around Teru Mikami, and if Gevianni was afraid, he can asked Lester to do the job for him!. L however, will never sacrificed his own man, he'll take action (well after he finally get enough evidence)!. Just like his quote, my name is L, and Justice Will Prevail!. :::
3!. When L stated that Light was his first best friend, do you believe him!?
::: I'm not sure about this one!. Probably yes because he see Light as a resemblance of him!. He also stated that Light could takes his place once he's dead (note that he never choose Near to be his predecessor, so, personally I think it must be a compliment for Light hearing L said that to him)!. And yet, it's still probably one of his mind game!. We'll never know for sure!.!.!. :::
4!. When Light let lose all his emotions, was it painful for you to watch!?
::: Yeah, kinda!.!.!. he's supposed to look cool, focus and determined!. Seeing him lose it kinda felt like he's defeated and already done!. :::

1!. No, I think Light was using the Death Note to elevate himself to a 'God of the New World', in his own mind!. He diluded himself into thinking he was doing it for good, but he was really doing it for his own self-satisfaction!. Otherwise he would not have almost killed his father and sister, would not have killed L, and would not have killed Kiyomi Takada or Ray Penber or his fiance Naomi!.
2!. God!. Because he is omnipotent!. Other than than, nobody!. Everyone has a personal view of justice, and no one person has the right to decide what true justice is!.
3!. Yes, I don't see any reason for L to lie to Light, and L always worked under cover, never told anyone his real name, few knew what he looked like, he was always solving cases around the world, and he was a weird guy!.
