But My best friend and I were talking and I told him that it is surprising that the most powerful African American superhero is a female, but he disagreed with me and brought up the Black Green Lantern!. now I am wondering who is more powerful!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would say the a Green Lantern with the "most powerful weapon in the DC verse" could beat Storm!. However, Storm is not the most powerful African American superhero!. That title might go to Monica Rambeau, AKA Captain Marvel aka Photon, aka, Pulsar!.
Monica has control over the electromagnetic spectrum!. She can transform her body into most known forms of energy can manipulate vast amounts of energy from outside sources, and can fire devestating blasts, once she nearly stunned Zeus, the king of the Olympian gods!. also in issue #2 of Avengers verses Justice League, she was imprisioned by Kyle Rayner, also a Green Lantern, while imprisoned, she analyzed the Green Lantern's energy signature!. The next confrontation, she drained the ring nearly completely dry!.
