How to get Latios in pokemon ruby?!
Question: How to get Latios in pokemon ruby!?
A lot of people say It is randomly on the hoenn map!. How am i Gonna go around the map! one time i used arena trap and i used Premier ball he broke free and ran! Please help!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

First step is finding him!. You've done that part, so hurrah!.
If you check your map, you'll notice an icon hovering around!. That's the route Latios is at!. Keep in mind that he'll move to an adjacent route every time you change areas (like enter a town or another route)!. If you were to use Fly in an attempt to jump to him, he'll warp to a random route!.
My method is to use Fly until Latios successfully gets somewhere close, then leave and come back to town on foot over and over until the next time to enter a route, there's the chance Latios will fly into that area!. Once you've matched routes, that's your chance to find him!.
I used a Wobbuffet to deal damage to him, personally!. I felt it was safer than accidentally overkilling with a personal attack!.

You need a pokemon that has mean look attack and is very fast!. Like Crobat which is really fast and has mean look!. You then can use Confuse ray as well to confuse it and prevent it from attacking!. Use lots of Ultra Balls!. Even some Timer Balls won't hurt much!. The best way to find it is to go to Mauville City!. It's the only city with North, East, South & West directions!. If it's nearby go to the route where you think it will most likely to fall on!. If you go to the route where Latios is make sure you have a repel or max repel so you can ensure the only pokemon you can find is Latios!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You should really save Master Ball for roaming pokemon or use moves such as!.
mean look = prevent pokemon from escaping
false swipe = 1 HP left
hypnosis or thunder wave = increase your chance of catching it!.
