yes and no yes for the ppl that made itachi kill his parents and no to kill everyone in the village because he states in the fight with the 8 tails NARUTO 411 "we're the ones using akatsuki" sasuke is very good at lying he lied to orochimaru about giving his body to him as long as he got power but in the end sasuke turned on him i believe this is the same situation

I think so but sasuke doesnt know that itachi is working for erochimaru soon or later he will find it but since sasuke gotten more powerful he sure will get his revenge!.
