Since it does not air in primetime like the hour long, million dollar version, it has smaller dollar amounts and less cast (most likely due to a smaller budget than the primetime version)!. The hour long primetime version still airs on NBC though with all the models and the million dollars cases!. The first person to win a million dollars actually won this season and aired on September 1st!.
It's kind of like how the daytime version of "The Price is Right" has top prizes around $20k-$30k while the primetime version gave away prizes in the $100k range and even a chance to win a million dollars!.
