Question: Naruto Question: Gamabunta!?
Does the name Gamabunta have any special significance or did the writers make it up!. You know how Sasuke is the name of a legendary (Real or Fictional I don't know) ninja in Japanese culture!. I was just wondering if the same applied for Gamabunta!. Is it an ancient spirit or part of the Japanese Mythology at all!?

i think the writers made it up because i couldn't find any sources that states the opposite even in a japanese mythology book!.
