The rest of the the episodes are there, I have used this site a bit and found most of the links work, however since Funimation picked up this series some of them might have been pulled!.
edit:: to the person below did you even look on crunchyroll!?!? Because if you had you would have seen that both sesons 1 & 2 of Kyo Kara Maoh have been removed because of licensing!. Only season 3 is available and episde 40 is waaaay before that!Www@Enter-QA@Com
