Sprite is right but yousei is also used for anything premature/growing!. It pronounced yousei, you place more emphasis on the o like your!. To pronounce the last part sei, you putting more emphasis on the ei making a ehh sound, which becomes sei!. (If you know Chinese try saying write in Chinese, its similar) Yousei is spelt correctly, normally if I was teaching jap I could show what parts to hold but this is the best I can do on this sorrie xP!.
