Question: About a 90s cartoon !?
Ok, so !.!.!. there was this cartoon in tv in the early 90's !.!.!.!.!.!. There was this tropical island inhabited by these tiny people who all had funny colored hair (like blu)!.
And there was a ship full of humans, with a bad female captain who allways tryed to polute their sea!.
The tiny people often dived into the sea , so there was a lot of underwater "filming"!.
Anyway the series was NOT the Smurfs, the Littles , or the Snorkels!. It is an other animated series with tiny people in it!.
DOes anybody have a clue what was the name!?
