No!. At this point, it's not even known whether the Riddler will be a part of the next movie!. Before The Dark Knight, the rumor was that Depp would be playing the Joker and just look what happened to that!. It's just another rumor that got started by some goofball fan who believes the Pirates trilogy was cinema genius, and now wants Depp to play some role in every movie!. Depp himself has said he won't be in the next film!. Thank God for small favors!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
