Should Batman kill the Joker?!

Question: Should Batman kill the Joker!?
How many times has he caught him, gave him to the police just so he can escape and kill innocent people!.

Personally I wouldn't like Batman to kill (has he ever done so!?) and I kinda respect him for not stooping to their level!. But isn't the whole point of a vigilante: to go where others would not!?

Batman is my all time favourite, and I wouldn't like him to kill!. What do you think!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
No he shouldn't!. But the legal system of Gotham City should never have thrown him in Arkham in the first place!. Unlike all of Batman's other "super"villains, the Joker does not meet the definition of criminally insane!. Joker should have been executed or put in a Supermax prison a long time ago!.

Batman does kill him in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, to get revenge on the torture Joker put (Tim Drake) Robin through!. And he clearly regrets it every day of his life after that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Absolutely!. You can't rehabilitate the Criminally Insane!. You must wipe their existence from the face of the earth!. Batman should Quit his B!.S!. Vigilante behavior, if he can't Finish the Job!. Just Like the saying goes, "sacrifice one, to save many"!. Batman should be Judge, Jury, & Executioner!.

i admit it gets annoying but the bad guys keep the story of heros going!. Batman wouldnt be Batman without the joker and i personaly really like the joker for some weird reason (yes im weird) no batman should kill him, theres too much killing in the real world as we know it,!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If Batman kills the Joker, he would be no better than the Joker!. It's up to the legal system to handle the convicting, & punishing part!!!!
By killing him, he would become him!.!.!.!. a homicidal person in a costume!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Dude,

Without Joker, Batman wouldn't have a hobby anymore --- like cosplaying as a bat, wearing his underwear inside-out, beating up people, driving above speed limit, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

batman doesnt kill people
just part of his character
plus if the joker died there wouldnt be so many batman stories and there wouldnt be a point to it as hes the main antagonistWww@Enter-QA@Com

The Joker is one of the most popular villains!. Kill him (especially by Batman) and you kill the series!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It does goes against what Batman/Bruce Wayne stands for!. He watched his parents get killed in front of him so he knows the true horrors of murdering somebody!. Batman will not kill the JokerWww@Enter-QA@Com

nah, there are several times where they could have killed each other, but they didnt because they need each otherWww@Enter-QA@Com

No because its wrong to kill and it wouldn't be good for the storyWww@Enter-QA@Com

Batman will never killed The Joker ya know!.!.!.!. he never has the guts to do that!.!.!.!.

In The Killing Joke graphic novels, he's trying to 'discuss' this matter with Joker on Arkham Asylum!. Here's some of his word;

"I've been thinking lately!. About you and me!."
"About what's going to happen to us, in the end!."
"We're going to kill each other!. Aren't we!?"

"Perhaps you'll kill me!. Perhaps I'll kill you!. Perhaps sooner!. Perhaps later!."
"I just wanted to know that I'd made a genuine attempt to talk things over and and avert that outcome!. Just once!."

"Are you listen to me!? It's life and death that I'm discussing here!."
"Maybe my death!.!.!. maybe yours!."

"I don't fully understand why ours should be such a fatal relationship, but I don't want your murder on my!.!.!. hands!.!.!."

Although he was actually talking to the fake Joker since the real Joker already escaped from Arkham but you can see he really don't want to kill The Joker!.

And!.!.!.!.!. on The Dark Knight Returns graphic novels, while trying to captured The Joker, The Joker demand Batman to kill him!.
Which Batman refused, and to cut it short, before the police arrived, The Joker twist his own neck and die!. He set his body on fire after he 'killed himself'!. Not sure how he do that, but this is The Joker we're talking about!.
He do that to put the blame on Batman!. He wanted the police to think that Batman killed him!.
He wanted to make Batman as the bad guy!.!.!. a villain!.!.!. and not a hero like everyone else think!.!.!.!.

My point is, Batman will never kill The Joker!.!.!.!. and any other villain or criminal on purpose!. It's against 'his rule' as stated by Sal Maroni in The Dark Knight movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
