As with most things, the original is always better lol ^^ sorta!.!.!.
Alot of animes are adaptations of manga, so there are parts cut out and improvised to shorten the running time!. also some things that may be seen extremely offensive will be changed or taken out(eg!.blood, really racist words etc!.) mostly in dubs Dx

With anime you have a set time to watch it, but everyone reads at different speeds and you can read and carry manga around easily at any times(unless you carry a portable dvd player everywhere!.

Because some animes are adaptations they only tell part of the story(the first couple vols) and end it there, but the manga carries on the story, so people that wanna know what happens after that read it!.

Mangas have extras in them too and in-depth explanation and fun facts, notes from the mangaka etc!. which are fun to read too!.

Most mangas of streaming anime are ahead of the anime(eg!.Bleach, Naruto) and there's a huge amount of fillers which stray away from the original plot in them too!. Many fans would prefer to follow the story this way(reading manga), in detail with art from the original mangaka!.

It doesn't matter whether you watch anime or read manga, along as you like it, then yay! everyone is free to have their opinion :3Www@Enter-QA@Com

The shows sometimes end up being really terrible, excluding many details from the manga or skipping chapters of it altogether!. Plus, more often than not I have seen them just finish the show at where ever they like and not finishing the manga, which leads to disappointment and frustration!.

300 pages may be a lot, but if it's good then who cares!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's like seeing a film about your favourite book and being disappointed sometimes over the amount left out/changed etc!.

Sometimes to make a film possible, scenes have to be cut for time and feasability and it is sometimes like that in an anime!.

With anime, I've found that there are sometimes a lot of filler episodes with now real plot progression and there are some character changes that bug me!.

Animes like D!.Gray-man stay quite true to the plot in the manga but with Bleach there have been at least 2 seasons of filler episodes that didn't occur in the manga and somethimes its just annoying!.

At times, an anime can be good; at others: disappointing, so, for me, it depends on the anime and how true to the plot it is as to whether I watch it as well as the manga!.

I never watch an anime instead of a manga as then, I'd have no clue as to what was going on, but now, mangas are readily available on the net!. like mangafox!.com

Hope you found it useful!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

manga is the original, the real one! which means anime is just based on the manga!. there are some other information about manga that sometimes isn't shown in the anime, sometimes when the anime ends, and the manga is still running the manga has a different ending, I really recommenced you read the manga for it has a lot more info and no fillers!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Manga's are more authentic, and just like a movie based off a book, it can leave a whole lot of the story out, or screw it up all together!.
also, you could melt your brains out watching TV, or read a book!.
But I love my manga's, and I am obsessed with Anime to!.\

Plus in the Animes, they leave out so much blood!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Reading and viewing television are not the same act, so reading a manga is not "just like watching the show!." There is also a good chance that there will be differences, minor or major, between the two!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Because sometime they change the manga like in
Full metal alchemist and Naruto!.!.!. Or the manga comes out before the episodes so they read it before they see it!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Since the manga usually comes out first, it's hard to wait for the anime if you're really into the series!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you watch the movie, you don't really get the time to see parts of it you like best!. But I'd suggest movies!. Sound^^Www@Enter-QA@Com
