Yes, it's being dubbed in English as we speak!. It was purchased by Funimation, and the first box set will be out October 28th!. Vic Mignogna (He played Edward Elric on FullMetal Alchemist and Dark Mousey on D!.N!.Angel along with many other roles) is voicing Tamaki, while Caitlin Glass (Haruhi from Fullmetal Alchemist and Yakumo Tsukamoto from School Rumble) is voicing Haruhi!. There are a ton of other voice actors, I'd be happy to tell you if you want to know any of the others!. ^^ But they all seem very enthusiastic about it, and you can actually watch the trailer for the dubbed anime and read Caitlin Glass' blog about it's production if you go to http://www!.funimation!.com/ouran/

But I heard there are a few if there are any at all that ARE dubbed on Youtube

Yes and pretty soon although I don't know the dates!. We saw Vic Mignonia at ColossalCon in Cleveland in June (08)!. He will be doing a voice over and so will Aaron Dismuke!. Katlin will be directing!. promises to be goodWww@Enter-QA@Com
