I highly doubt it, so far there isn't any info on a fourth but from a 250% otaku fan chances are slim!. They pretty much summed everything up, saito feelings for Louise are clear like crystals, and louise is finally showing that she treasure him!. Louise void power is unstable so there isn't much to explain!. The producers did a great job of creating ZnT, however, a fourth season will only waste money!. The chance of fourth season is small, but there is a big chance of a OVA or a movie in the future!.
(Answer to other answerer, saito doesn't want to go home lol they aren't going to make another season for him going home!. Gandalf was already explained using 3 season, He's the tsukaima that protects the void user!. They could go into depth on the past of the gundalf, however, doing so would neglect saito and Louise!.)

Yes, the light novels are still on going, not to mention the bad guys are still alive!. Louise and Saito can still have relationship issues, I've seen them have their "I love only you!" moments like in the end but then they turn around and fight like Saito's a lech!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
