Nope, not at all!. I think it's perfectly okay!. I mean, yes, there may be some anime out there that is intended for younger kids like Pokemon, or there may be some just plain stupid anime, but there are also many interesting and amazing anime out there!. One great anime would be Ghost in the Shell!. The movie won an award because it was so great!. So did Fullmetal Alchemist!. But, of course it's a matter of opinion!. I'm not ashamed to express my opinions!. I love anime, and always have since i was 5!. Other people have their opinions as well!. I know many people who don't care for anime, but I'm fine with that!. =)Www@Enter-QA@Com
i dont see what could be embarrassing about it!. there are hardcore obsessive fans, and if your question is am i afraid of being associated as one of them, then its still no cause i know im not like that
to me its like, if you pick any sports team from any sport!. there will be people obsessed with it, but the majority of fans are normal functioning human beings, who know theyre not obsessive!. (as for hardcore fans, like with the sports fan if you ask them if they feel ashamed, theyll look at you like your crazy)
other than that i couldnt think of any other reason to be ashamed!. after all its just like any other shows!. some are good some suck!. just cause a japanese person drew it doesnt mean ima like itWww@Enter-QA@Com

I like anime and my friends know and they dont care!. but i dont like the ones who are obsess with anime and all they talk about is anime stuff, it gets annoying!. i think the reason why some people feel ashamed for liking anime is because they get made fun of but i think they just need to suck it up because could a little criticism make you shy and shamed that much for like anime!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I embrace it more than anything, my friends have some idea that i like anime!.!.!.infact 1 friend of mine also likes it and we suggest different animes to each other!.
I don't know whether people think its strange or not (some do) but i will let them know and they can like it or lump it as far as i'm concerned, maybe its cause i'm 17 and still watch cartoons!? =]

I absoultely am not ashamed of it!. anime has made who i am as a person!. all of my friends either watch anime or they don't really mind!. i wouldn't hang out with someone who is rude to me just because i like somthing!. i don't think it really matters what you like as long as you are a good personWww@Enter-QA@Com

definitely not ashamed!. my family and friends both know that i like/love anime!. I'm very showy liking anime!. I even display my anime card colletions in our house!.
