Manga Studio tablet problem~?!
Question: Manga Studio tablet problem~!?
My Wacom tablet (which works fine with other programs like PSP8 and Photoshop Elements 5) isn't playing nice with Manga Studio EX 3!.0!. I'm running Vista with 1!.9GB of RAM!.
Basically, the problems are as follows:
- No pressure support
(pen pressure has zero effect on any brushes/pencils/pens)
- No eraser support
(the eraser acts exactly like the pencil, like in Paint)
- Only registers every other stroke I make, if I'm lucky!.
(I can't do 'quick' sketching like you would in real life; any strokes I make quickly after the first stroke are either ignored or have no curves, as in it will simply draw a line from where I put my pen down to where I lifted it up!.)
Any tips to help me make it work!?
Some things I've tried, that have had no effect:
Updating my tablet drivers (with and without uninstalling the previous driver)
Running MS in Compatibility Mode for XP (Service Pack 2)
Performing multiple Windows Updates
All strokes are registered if I use my laptop's cursor pad: but my Bamboo Fun's mouse has the same problems as the pen, registering-every-other-stroke-wise!. This doesn't happen at all with any of my other graphics programs!.
