Question: For those who love Anime Mangas and Games!?
Just one curiosity I have in mind by quite some time!.!.!. I noticed that there are some characters in various games mangas and anime that have the same name!. I will mention only two and I believe you've all heard of them!. These are Hattori Hanzou and Nobunaga Oda!.
You can find Hattori Hanzou in for example Basilisk (manga and anime) and in the game Samurai Warriors!. also you can find Nobunaga Oda in both Tenchu (game), Samurai Warriors (game) and Onimusha (game)!. Do you think they refer to the same person for bothe Hattori and Nobunaga!?
Can someone use the same character that's already been used in another manga/ anime / game!?

Yes, because the characters Oda Nobunaga and Hattori Hanzou are not subject to any copyright/trademark or tradename laws!. The aforementioned characters are Historical figures in Japan, hence they are exceptions to copyright laws and maybe used by any game, manga or anime artist or maker!. There are many adaptations of the above-mentioned characters, from Radio drama, movies to games!.
