i can remember this cartoon i used to watch as a kid!. kinda vague, but there was a girl who had this white horse and there were these animal things that lived in her hair ( i think)!. she had an evil sister who also a horse but was a black horse!. anyone remember this!?!?!?!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes it is Lady Lovely Locks!.!.!.her pixie tails are the things you think that live in her hair!. She had a dog called prince and the evil girl isnt her sister is it Evil Raven Waves with tangle her sidekick who kept trying to snip a piece of Lady Lovely Locks hair!. They both had horses each aswell
