Dattebayo has the DNS redirection problem!. Their site is not totally down!. If you still want to reach it, try this
http://72!.20!.2!.162/!. It works!.
also, there is a message on page showed that Dattebayo marks Naruto as a Delay on 10/04!.

It is probably just a server problem because of high number of volume of people trying to get to the site to see and what happen with no new Naruto Shippuden episode,so the servers are probably full or even possibly have crashed because of all the users trying to get to the site at almost the same time!. It's possible of some reason the administrator of the website has shut down the server for whatever reason or because the possible number of people trying to get to the site!.
Its also possible the administrator is maintenance the site,or trying to upload the Shippuden episode now!. Or he had to upload it and in order to do that possible shut down the site for a little while!. In any case it will probably be back up soon!. Hopefully later on with the new episodes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

That link isn't exactly correct!.!.!.as their torrent that has been open for 7 days, 19hours would be up to 8 days by now!.
My guess, is not just an overload on the servers, but they want to continue 'punishing' the public for the select few emails they can't seem to ignore!. So they took their website down for however long they feel!.
