I heard some astonishing business about Dattebayo not subbing Naruto anymore, so!.!.!. I'm having a hard time finding the new episode somewhere!.!.!. the SUBBED version!. dattebayo is a bunch of shyts! Last week was a double episode and it was released on time!. So what gives!? It is out in Spanish on some sites, spanish1!?!&*@ you gotta be kidding me! That link you have there is nothing more than a troll that DB like to release those type of pranks every now and then!. This isn't the first time they've said they were going to drop naruto and or bleach!. They enjoy seeing fans squirm as do i, anyways when a double episode needs to be subbed it usually takes a bit longer than usual than the 24-36hr enconding proccess!. Though i am a bit concerned because in the last 2 1/2 years i've downloaded from them i've never seen this one this late unless it was being delayed somehow!.
But then again there is also and new EP and OP(ending and opening music) so it could be taking them longer than the usual extra long time they take!. That last part sounded confusing anyways i suggest you simply be patient if that doesn't work for you then read the manga!.
