Broly was born Super Saiyan, Cell was a problem for all known Saiyan like Goku, Vegeta, and their power levels and moves had already been debunked by Dr!. Geroh and his programming!. Thats how and why he lost to Gohan because his levels were unknown to Cell and near Goku!. Brolly would destroy everything living, he destroyed planets for fun, in the middle of conversation, Cell didn't possess near the power of Broly!. As a newborn baby he was stabbed, saved his father with a force field for the both of them while Frieza destroyed the entire planet!. Stabbed he traveled with his fathter to another planet, Brolly pwns Cell!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well Broly was able to defeat all the Z-Fighters without hesitation but on the other hand when he came back from the first fight he was able to defeat teen Gohan!. Vegeta reveals that when Gohan had defeated cell he was much stronger so that means Broly fought a fairly weak Gohan, ultimately a match between Cell and Broly would be intense but I think Broly would win hands down due to the fact that his size doesnt slow him down so all his strength can be used against cell!. Cell only powers up when he consumes/eats an entity that has power!.
