Well it can be bad if you become addicted to it, and society see addiction as a bad thing!. I think there are some Hentai that are pretty crazy for example Bible Black!. So I think its bad if you become dependent on it !. Don't be controlled!

I think it's only considered bad because some people get romanticized views of sex and that things like rape and abusive sex is 'okay'!.
Like, a lot of the hentai are rape or some kind of orgy/abusive kind of sex and it shows the women enjoying it!.
Now most people (I hope!.!.!.) are like, "okay, that's probably not something to get serious about because this kind of stuff isn't common in the real world" but there are a few or more that actually get really into it and may come to believe that it's okay for women to get raped and have orgies and all this other kind of abusive sex stuff!.
Now if those people who start to get a romanticized view of abusive sex actually act on these beliefs, then that's where the problems start!.

Basically it's a reaction to peoples twisted ideas about human sexuality!. At least in the US, we've been indoctrinated for so long that sex is "dirty" that most people have come to believe it and that's shaped how we think and act!. The entertainment and ad companies have used this to their advantage quite successfully!. However, one of the best ways to create demand for something is to call it bad or evil!.
