Well, a really popular one is Fruits Basket or Furuba, but it's not as good as the manga!. Ouran High School Host Club is really good, but more funny, and the anime has a sort of abrupt ending!. I only saw one episode of the wallflower, or yamato shichi henge (I think), but the manga is very good, and I expect the anime would be!. One of my favorite animes is Vampire Knight, which isn't so much a comedy, but a sweet romance, and a bit dark!. My other favorite anime is yaoi, it's Gravitation, very good!. Not very romantic but very cute!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Love Hina

There's also Eiken, but that's nothing but trashy fanservice!.

Don't know if you'd be interested in reverse harem (one girl, many guys), but I'd highly recommend the next two:
