Well in terms of battle in a face to face combat, DC might win because there are lot more martial artist in DC than Marvel, just think of any character that has a connection with Batman and Richard Dragon also Green Arrow or The Question and etc!.
In terms of which side is smarter, I think Marvel has more geniuses than DC, So in a battle the geniuses at Marvel might think of a good plan to defeat DC, just think of Reed Richards and Dr Doom or Tony Stark or Beast and etc!.
Overall I think the battle will result in a stalemate or maybe if one side could win, it will be a very close match!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, I like both Marvel and DC!.
But Superman by himself can take out most of Marvel's line without assistance!.
