I am looking for this manga,plz help?!

I like this manga a lot, read it long time ago,but didn't finish!. It is about 2 girls!. One is very strong outside, she is kinda leader in the school, fight well and so on!. One day she got into an accident, her soul left her, and somehow, I think w/ some kind of angel guy, or something like that helps her to enter another girl's body, which happened to be a beautiful girl, but lonely!. That girl tries to suicide, or her soul lost somewhere!. So the angel, which really cares for that girl asked the fight-girl to use the body instead while waiting for the soul comes back!. And yet, some how, the soul of the other girl ended up with the body in comma of the fight-girl!.!.!.
I hope it is enough information, so you guy can help me to find the name of the manga!.
