If I might be a bit literary!.!.!. the demon Gankutsuou from Gankutsuou: the Count of Monte Cristo!. He's ruthless, sadistic, sly, conniving, insightful, and the perfect mentor if you ask me!.
If we're leaving out anime based on classic fiction, then Kagetora Uesugi as portrayed in Mirage of Blaze!. Though!.!.!. I'd have as much to learn from his mistakes as I would from his brilliant leadership and tactical skills!.!.!.

It would be L from Death Note!. In one of the episode in the anime it showed that he has really good fighting skills, and also a very smart person!. Combine those two together makes for me a perfect sensei!.
