Is Harry Potter Disney or Nickelodeon?!
Question: Is Harry Potter Disney or Nickelodeon!?
I always thought Harry Potter was Nickelodeon because it's from Warner Bros!. and also because Universal Studios is building a Harry Potter themed park and Universal Studios has Nickelodeon rides!. But I've been seeing Harry Potter movies on the Disney channel, so now I'm confused!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Neither!.!.!.it is distributed by Warner Bros, which is a subsidiary of Time Warner!. Disney is an independent company whereas Nickelodeon is owned by MTV Networks!.
Ive seen Disney movies aired on Cartoon Network and WB movies aired on Disney and ABC!. I'm also confused because ABC, ABC Family and Disney, are sister companies and Cartoon Network is also a branch of Time Warner, just as WB is so yea!.!.!.!.why all the mix up lol!.
As to why they do that, I really don't know but usually it's for marketing purposes, just like how you see commercials of other companies air on the competitor's channel!.

Warner Bros!. TV stations like Nick or Disney pay other studios like WB to air their movies!. When a popular movie that will bring in a large viewer audience airs, the prices that the channels can charge companies to air their commercials go up!. So Disney might spend (ex:) $100,00 to air Harry Potter, but they're able to charge (ex:) $10,000 per commercial spot!. You have to spend some to make some!. TV stations buy the rights to show these movies so whoever wants to pay is allowed to air it!. That's why you see movies from one studio on a TV station run by a different studio!. Harry potter is neither Disney or Nickelodeon it's Warner Brothers !. just because the movies show on Disney and there's going to be a land in Universal Studios all that means is that Warner Brothers had made deals with both to do what they are doing Www@Enter-QA@Com
