The underlying meaning is that whoever made this must have had a traumatic childhood experience involving garden gnomes!. Maybe they had one sitting by a pond, the one with a fishing rod, and it caught his favourite pet fish!. Losing a pet can be very upsetting, you know!.!.!. :-SWww@Enter-QA@Com
