I've always heard of these "Sephiroth wannabes"--or at least, characters who coincidentally look like him (people, I am talking about Final Fantasy Sephiroth!.)
So far there's Seishiro from Inuyasha and this dude from Kyo Kara Maoh!
Are there any more in anime and in games as well!? :)
