Batman has batmobile, batjet, batmotorcycle, and he has many gadgets around his waist!.
Iron man is equipped with many things in his armor suit, especially weapons!.
Both of them are high tech people!. But, I think there is something that Iron man have that batman do not!. The energy in iron man's chest -- even the bad guy wants it!. The energy power ups the suit!.
I think Iron Man would win definitely!. Iron Man is involve with the military so he knew more dangerous weapon than batman, such as guided missiles, lasers, etc!. I think Iron Man's military-made weapons would definitely beat batman's home-made weapons, definitely!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Batman definitely!. Tony Stark is an engineer, Batman spent his life training to fight crime and has learned multiple fighting styles!. They are both billionares with multiple gadgets that would cancel each other out, so it would have to boil down to the person inside the suit!. Ironman, he won't get hurt at all while he's in his suit!. Plus he can fly around and use his weapons!. Batman is more of a hand-to-hand battler with no gadgets that can take out ironman!. (Unless this is a death match which then Batman can then just aim for his center area)Www@Enter-QA@Com
