Who would win in a fight, Iron Man or Batman ?!
Question: Who would win in a fight, Iron Man or Batman !?
Personally, I would say Batman!. Batman would look up Iron Man profile on his huge computer in the batcave!. Next, he would get all the information he needs to take down Iron Man!. Than, he would make a plan to take down his suit!. His plans could be anything from using a machine to screw up Iron Man's circuits, which would finish his suit, or he can ask Lucius Fox for a pulse machine to make a force field around Batman during the fight and therefore Iron Man's missles can't touch Batman!. Than Batman would use his own gadgets to take down Iron Man, such as an explosive batarang or a batbomb or even turn his utility belt as a grenade launcher!. All those gadgets should help Batman attack Iron Man's weakness (heart or chest plate) and finish him off for good!. People underestimate Batman's master intelligence and great detective skills!. also, quoted as the most dangerous human on earth by fellow great Superman!. BATMAN KICKS ***!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Having a hard heart and not going soft for anything is also a strong point!.
Tony Stark aka Iron Man quickly gets stressed with being Iron Man and becomes a weak alcoholic!. Batman has some big planes and gadgets of his own that with careful anylization could squash Iron at his weak point!.
Knowing Bruce though he'd probably look up in his Bat computer in his cave!. Find out who Iron is!. Appear first to Stark at his house at night by breaking in and taking Stark when he's at his weak point, which is not dressed in the Iron Man suit !.
With Stark not dressed in the suit thus makes Stark useless to defend himself!. Bruce at least knows expert combat dressed or not!.
At least thats my view but both are very powerful in their own terms

Batman has no powers!. Iron man could kill Batman as easily as any other person!. the only thing Batman could do, is throw and exploding batarang which wouldn't even hurt Ironman!. If batman could do the stuff you just said, why wouldnt he use them all the time!?
