Well, if you like an interesting plot, you can check out Detective Conan!.!.!. And it's a bit romantic!. There's not much fighting, though it does have a bit of blood!. There's ot many super powers, unless you count the main character's random gadgets, like his stun- gun watch, or his jet powered skateboard!.
