One of the classic battles!. It's interesting because I feel the characters are SUCH opposites that it's hard to compare!. I feel like the battle would start with Spiderman having the lead!. He would probably distract Batman with his agility and web slinging, but mostly with his Spider Sense!. But Batman would catch on pretty quick that Spiderman can sense what's about to happen and find a way around it!. After that Batman will begin to match Spiderman punch for punch before Batman finally takes him down!. It would be a long battle, but in the end Batman would tire Spidey out, overloading his Spider Sense with things like multiple Batarangs and Gas Bombs before falling in defeat to Batman!.
