the joker is a straight up criminal!. his intentions are never good and mostly always life threatening!. he is always random & spontaneous!. he employs poisons and other stuff that can immobilize you!. he loves to play tricks and he gives batman a run for his money all the time!.
two-face on the other hand is a d!.a!. turned criminal because of half his face and hand being scared!. hell he was a goodie-two shoes before he got splashed!. also he depends on that damn coin to make his decisions!. depending on that coin could always lead to his downfall!.
