Okay!. I have recently read about half of Midnight Sun which is Edwards Perspective!. He talks with emmett while hunting and emmett asks if he can touch her - as in like, her arm for eg- he says no!. Emmett is shocked at this!. He wonders how edward can be so controlled!.!.!.Edward does not think of her in that way because it would be way to tempting for him!. He imagines talking to her and thinks even that is dangerous!. Her blood smells very sweet to him so until he gets over that, he can't think about those kind of things!. And i doubt he touches himself!. He is perfect in every way and a gentleman!. Not some weirdo who touches himself while thinking of her!.!. So In twilight he does not think about that at all!. But he does think of her , being with her, loving her, but not sleeping with her and all!. But he kinda does put bella in place of jessica when jessica fantisizes about edward and herself!.
